Order Processing: Sipwol products are allocated from both overseas warehouses and domestic warehouses in China. Order processing times vary depending on the product. However, most of our products are in stock, with popular styles available for shipping within 24 hours. Customized orders may require 3-5 business days for processing.
Once we dispatch your package and update the order status, our system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped, along with your shipment tracking number. You can check your package's tracking progress online by logging into your account or clicking the link provided in the email header. Alternatively, if you have a registered account with Sipwol, you can find this information in ‘My Account’:
- Sign into ‘My Account’.
- Click on the ‘My Orders’ section.
- If the order status is ‘Complete’ click on ‘View Order’ for the tracking information.

Shipping typically takes 5 to 12 business days, with delivery times potentially being shorter depending on the destination country. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us and pay the expedited processing fee.

We have FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT and so on. The standard shipping can reach the majority of countries, while the priority line can reach most of the main countries.
